Name Reservation: Reserve a unique company name through the SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating a Company Electronically Plus) form on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal. 4. Filing Incorporation Forms: Submit the SPICe+ forms (Part A and Part B), along with necessary documents like the MoA, AoA, and other required forms to the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Certificate of Incorporation: Once the documents are verified, the RoC issues the Certificate of Incorporation, officially recognizing the company. 6. Post-Incorporation Compliances: Open a bank account, apply for the company’s PAN and TAN, maintain statutory registers, and issue share certificates to subscribers. These steps ensure that your company is legally registered and compliant with all necessary regulations.
